Hunting

Leopardstar sniffed the air, looking for prey. She wished she had other Clanmates to hunt with. WoodClan had few cats. A strang sickness last leaf-bare had left the Clan barely able to survive. Most of Clan had died, including their leader. She had been lucky to pul through, but they were hardly a Clan. There were no queens, apprentices, elders, kits. Only the strongest warriors had survived. She glanced towards the other boarders, wishing her Clan was as fortunate as theirs. Sighing, she continued to hunt, knowing the few cats left had to eat.

Moonstone was hunting im her own territory and spotted Leopardheart hunting hers. "Hello!" Moonstone called. "Do you need any help? I know your clan isn't doing the best." Moonstone felt some sympathy for the woodclan leader. "I can catch some prey from my territory and bring it over to you if you like."

Leopardstar looked surprised, then she sighed. "No, what we need is more cats."Leopardstar knew she couldn't accept Moonstone's offer. She had to show the other Clan leaders that WoodClan could survive on their own. "No, but thank you. We have enough prey, we just need cats. Besides, my Clanmates would never accept. They have their pride. We're not well off, but we'll survive. All WoodClan needs is a few moons to recover. Send my best to your Clan."Leopardstar replied.

Moonstone looked at Leopardstar. she was shocked she hadnt excepted her offer. She loved to offer to other cats and they always excepted. But this a cat from of different clan moonstone thoght. and the woodclan has it prides. she finnally accepted that fact. "Ok!" Moonstone called. "see yah later!" moonstone called again. "well maybe" moonstone quiety muttered. she knew that cats from diiferent clans werent supposed to become friends. she didnt know when she might see leopardstar again. well maybe at a gathering she thought. (should i make a place for all clans to come and meet and have gatherings at?? should i make a gathering happen every month or every two months?)

(yes, and maybe every month)Leopardstar could see Moonstone's shock, and part of her wanted to accept, but she couldn't have friends in another Clan. Especially since she was leader. And she did have her pride. Gathering up her prey, she disappeared into the woods.
